1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Luma ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

Luma is operated by Luma Health Ltd. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Luma Health Ltd.

2. Service Description

Luma is a medication management service that helps you track your medications, set reminders, and maintain consistency with your schedule. The Service includes a web application, mobile applications, and optional physical reminder devices.

Features include medication scheduling, dose tracking, prescription label scanning, care circle management, and notification delivery via email, push notifications, and SMS.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Luma is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The Service is a reminder and tracking tool only. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult your doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified health provider with any questions about your medications. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have seen on Luma.

Prescription scanning and AI-powered features are assistive tools to help you set up reminders. You are responsible for verifying that all medication details, dosages, and schedules are correct.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
  • You must not share your account credentials with others

Luma offers a free tier and a paid subscription plan (Luma+). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as indicated at the time of purchase.

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support for assistance
  • If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features after a grace period

7. Care Circle

Luma allows you to invite caregivers to monitor your medication schedule. By sending an invitation, you consent to sharing your medication data with the invited person according to the permissions you grant.

You may revoke a caregiver's access at any time from your care circle settings. Caregivers must not share or disclose patient medication data to any third party.

In particular, we are not liable for any health consequences resulting from missed reminders, incorrect medication data, or any failure of the Service. You remain solely responsible for managing your medications in consultation with your healthcare provider.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep Luma available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide notice of planned downtime where possible.
